When the window below appears you need to type in the name that you want to appear when you send an email.
This can simply be your name as shown below, or could be a company name.

When you have entered your name click "Next".
Remember: if at any point you want to go back and check or alter any of your settings you can click "Back".
The next screen is where you are asked to enter your email address.
Type in the email address that you have been given.
Normally a "catch-all" mailbox will be given the address info@mydomainname.co.uk.
If you are setting up more than one box you may have this as john@mydomainname.co.uk.

When you have entered your email address click "Next".
